Returns

At this time, our store does not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please refer to the Refunds and Exchanges sections below.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, you may request a refund or a product exchange.

To process your request, we will need proof of purchase. Depending on the reason for the refund or exchange, we may ask for photos of the product you received.

Refunds and exchanges apply only if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incomplete. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or product selection. Most of our products are made to order, so we are unable to offer that option at this time.

If your request is approved, we will send you a new product within our standard shipping times. If the product is out of stock, you may choose between:

  • Waiting for the original product to be restocked.
